Riding a motorcycle and the freezing cold are a bad combination. Cold muscles make it difficult to concentrate and react quickly so your driving will deterioate. Did you know that just a 1°C drop in body temperature reduces speed of reaction by 10%? Conclusion: Riding your motorcycle will become dangerous and very uncomfortable. Here is the solution: The heated jacket liner! You wear this electric heated jacket under your motorcycle jacket and the cold will not stand a chance. The electric heating elements on the chest, back, in the collar and sleeves keep your vital organs warm which enables the blood to keep flowing to the extremities of your body, making sure hands, fingers and feet stay nice and warm. It fits like a turtle neck. Thanks to this heated jacket you will be able to stay alert, and therefore will be able to react faster in traffic than if you were cold– and importantly – enjoy riding your motorcycle to the fullest again. Fun fact: There is almost 78.5 feet / 24 meters of heating wire incorporated into our jackets. The heated motorcycle jackets are light-weight and can be folded up into a very small packet, making it easy to take with you on a ride so you are always prepared for sudden weather changes.
You can only choose one temperature setting if you have (for instance) a pair of gloves/socks/insoles connected to your jacket. If you are riding your motorcycle and your body is warm and your hands are getting cold, you can turn up the heat but that means your jacket will get warmer too and you will get sweaty and possibly lose concentration which could make driving unsafe. Therefore we strongly advise you to purchase a dual portable or dual permanent controller, even if you only have one piece of heated clothing, we are sure you will want another one in the future. So it will save you money in the long run.
If you are not using the heating of the jacket liner you can store the short cables in the zippable pouch.

*The run time of the battery may vary due to outdoor temperatures. The capacity of the battery decreases when it gets colder. When temperatures are below 0°C the capacity will be +/- 80%
Note: To extend your battery’s lifetime you have to maintain at least 25% of your battery’s power when not in use or left idle, i.e. in the summer period. Therefore charge your batteries once every month (write it down on your calendar).
